Tallinn’s largest recruitment fair “Key to the future” has been organized already 27 times. The event gathered a large number of students who were interested in their career. The event took place in Tallinn University of Technology.
This year’s theme was Career. Numerous lecturers, start-up companies and nearly 70 employer representatives gathered together to introduce the recruitment and career opportunities the company provides.
– This was Comatec Estonia’s third time at the fair. The event gave us an excellent opportunity to present our business to potential new employees and network with other companies. Students visiting the stand were very interested in Comatec and our possible internship places. Comatec’s internationalization plans raised interest as well. Notable was also the increased number of foreign students visiting the fair, says Engineering Manager Esko Aura.
– In Estonia, and in Finland too, the employer brand is a relevant issue for new graduates, when they are looking for companies to apply to. Recruitment fairs give us new ideas to further develop our recruitment activities and employer brand, says Department Manager Tõnis Tiedemann who represented Comatec at the fair.
This year, we had the privilege to present our business in the event journal. Read the interview of our Design Engineer Kristjan Soomänd here on page 5 in estonian: Voti-Tulevikku_2017_tervik.
