Cadring Oy

Cadring Oy and Cadring Sweden AB became part of the Comatec Group on 7 December 2016, when Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy acquired 100% of their share capital. As part of the same transaction, Comatec also acquired a majority shareholding in Cadring Polska Sp. z o.o., now known as Comatec Poland Sp. z o.o., and a 50% shareholding in Cadring India Private Limited.
