Deemec Oy

Deemec Oy, a company within the Comatec Group since June 2019, merged into Comatec Industrial and Marine Oy on 1 July 2022. Both companies were 100% owned subsidiaries of the Group’s parent company, Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy.

In connection with the merger, Deemec Oy’s Romanian subsidiary, Deemec Oy s.r.l., became a wholly owned subsidiary of Comatec Industrial and Marine Oy and now operates as Comatec Engineering S.R.L. (Comatec Romania).
