The organisational structure of the Comatec Group and parent company Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy is changing as of 1 October 2021. Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy will incorporate its services into two new business-specific subsidiaries. The new subsidiaries will operate under the names of Comatec Industrial and Marine Oy as well as Comatec Mobility Oy. Personnel will transfer to the new subsidiaries as existing employees through a transfer of assets, and customer projects will continue normally.
The organisational change will harmonise the group structure and increase the Group’s operational efficiency according to the objectives of our business strategy. At the same time, the change will increase the Group’s ability to develop its expertise as well as its ability to serve customers more competitively in the domestic and international markets.
Each subsidiary of the Group will continue to operate under the common Comatec brand providing their customers access to all of the resources and services the Comatec Group and its subsidiaries have to offer.
